History
Incorporated
in 1913, the Group was established in 1870 by Somerset builder E R Bartlett.
The company grew steadily as a regional building contractor until the
early sixties when we commenced our property development activities. This
has now become our core activity with a wide range of property interests
throughout Southern England.
