The Group also specialises in managed workspace schemes offering flexible occupancy terms as well as a range of business support services.

The Group has developed a range of non-food retail schemes across the South of England, from solus 10,000 sq ft units up to 120,000 sq ft phased developments. We can offer a full fit-out service to incoming tenants.

Food retail
The Group have been developing food stores for over 25 years having completed stores for Tesco, Asda, Safeway, and CRS, both "in-town" and "out-of-town". We have both the expertise and resources to complete the often complex and protracted site assembly necessary for town centre schemes.

Motor Retail
We have many years' experience of serving the motor trade, through each evolution of showroom and workshop franchise formats for most of the major manufacturers. We also have extensive experience in the design and construction of bodyshops.

Industrial Development
Based on a considerable portfolio of successfully completed projects, we are able to interpret and fulfil our clients' occupational requirements from site acquisition, through to interim funding (where required), design, construction and finally fitting out. In certain circumstances we are prepared to fund the developments as initial landlords.
