Abbey Manor Group and its associate companies have varied experience of working with English Partnerships and Regional Development Agencies to develop innovative solutions for the provision of development land and buildings in situations and forms that would otherwise be economically unviable.

Local Authorities
The Group has also worked in partnership with a number of Local Authorities in their economic development role, to bring forward identified land for development. One such scheme, illustrated here, involves the reclamation of 6 acres of land from Plymouth Harbour and necessitated the simultaneous involvement of 10 statutory agencies.

Local Authorities
Another example of this work is the development in 50/50 commercial joint venture of a former army camp with South Somerset District Council. This very successful development has addressed an acute shortage of employment land whilst offering a comprehensive range of options for potential occupiers from self-build on serviced plots to full turnkey developments.

Private Developers
The Group is able to bring a range of strengths to other private developers in the form of Planning Expertise, Construction Finance, Development Land or simply the sharing of development risk. We welcome the opportunity to work with other developers, and always find such ventures to be mutually rewarding, both financially and in broadening our expertise.
