Authorities
The
Group has also worked in partnership with a number of Local Authorities
in their economic development role, to bring forward identified land for
development. One such scheme, illustrated here, involves the reclamation
of 6 acres of land from Plymouth Harbour and necessitated the simultaneous
involvement of 10 statutory agencies.

Another example of this work is the development in 50/50 commercial joint
venture of a former army camp with South Somerset District Council. This
very successful development has addressed an acute shortage of employment
land whilst offering a comprehensive range of options for potential occupiers
from self-build on serviced plots to full turnkey developments.
