Project Management
Some schemes are more appropriate to a Construction Management approach, either because time constraints do not permit the lead times for full risk transfer to contractor/developer or because our experienced clients are comfortable with the inherent risks of the construction process. Our construction managers are experienced in this form of development.

Infrastructure Projects
All developments rely on services and highway infrastructure. These items can contribute a significant proportion of the ultimate development costs, and delays in their delivery can be equally costly. Abbey Manor Group have therefore developed systems to ensure the timely completion of infrastructure both on and off site. PPG 25 has placed increased emphasis on measures to control storm and flood waters. We pride ourselves on finding innovative, cost-effective solutions to these, and other, development constraints.

Planning Advice
As the time horizons of our plan lead development control system become ever longer, early planning advice is essential in order to ensure that the maximum value is derived from potential development land. Through a number of mechanisms including Options, Development Agreements and Joint Ventures, Abbey Manor Group are able to assist landowners to realise the full potential of their assets.

Asset Management
In addition to the management of its own portfolio of over 180 let properties, the group offers professional property management services to a number of Private Clients and Trusts, who benefit from the competitive purchasing of maintenance services as well as disciplined rent collection.


Recently completed two unit retail scheme retained and managed as part of the Group portfolio.
